A card is required to hold all appointments. Cancellations/Rescheduled appointment must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late cancellations or no shows will result in an automatic charge of 50% of your appointment cost as well as being 15 or more minutes late. By providing your card information you are agreeing to my cancellation policy for all current and future appointments.
